My parents immigrated from Italy in the early 1900's.
My mother, like all good Italian mothers, would say, "mangia, mangia" which means:
"eat, eat." Soon, we get a little too big for our britches, Tubby, pouchy. Too big, period.
My grandfather died from Diabetes, my father: Leukemia, Mother: Stroke, Brother, Sister, on and on.
From studying about DIET and NUTRITION, I put two and two together.
We never had too many sweets in our home, but, still too much -- Plenty of nice "Home made Bread" --
So good in spaghetti sauce, so delicious it makes your mouth water.
A typical Italian diet: spaghetti three times a week -- Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Various styles of pasta, pizza, and OH, so delicious.
An Old Proverb: "The whiter the bread the sooner you're dead."
That goes for all breads and pasta because of the gluten, from my studies.
Flour & water makes wall paper GLUE, that goes in our body from breads, &c.
Any wonder why our intestines are full of GLUE and MUCUS = FLEM?
Then, in 1970, at 42 years old, I was having trouble breathing, and the doctor told me to: "quit smoking."
I never smoked a day in my life. So, I knew he did NOT know what he was talking about.
Seeing the flem in my lungs he thought I smoked. That's my guess.
A friend of mine said to me: "You're a candidate for a heart attack."
He told me: "Change your diet, it will solve your problems."

I learned that most people are sensitive to gluten--from the breads, pasta, and wheat products--with the meats, pork sausage and the scavengers--Shrimp and Lobster--then we wonder why we get sick. Most people think that doctors are "Gods" and do NOT research what is going on in their bodies. As my father said:
"Believe nothing of what you hear, and half of what you see."
I started eating less and less of the dangerous grains, more salads. August 1, 1970, I was 212 pounds
5 feet 9 inches,and by Labor day weekend I weighed 170 pounds.
I went from being a roly-poly, who ate heavy traditional Italian dishes to changing my diet to more raw fruits and vegetables. I started eating:
Salads galore with chopped Garlic, Olive Oil & Apple Cider Vinegar. First thing in the morning two heaping teaspoon's of Superfood (Barley Green), a level teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of Bee Pollen in a glass of distilled water. That does it until supper. Sometimes during the day I'll have a Banana with Honey and Cinnamon. Taking Cayenne Pepper daily prevents Heart Attacks... but, you must start gradually, with a tiny pinch in grapefruit juice you will not taste it. You will cough up FLEM from your lungs. MUCUS and FLEM in our veins, is the cause of sickness. IT did NOT come on fast, nor will IT go away fast. Be Smart.
Pneumonia is a fancy word for "MUCUS" = FLEM in our lungs and veins.
This is the cause of disease. Be SMART. Do your research.
If you're NOT well, go on a Grapefruit or Grapes only fast for 21 days.
Nothing but that fruit, you'd be surprised. See what happens. What do you have to lose?
Stay away from health destroyers: Fluoridated Water (poison), sugar products, pop and colas,
all wheat products period. Gluten & sugar destroys health. Remember:
NO FLU Shots, GMO Food, MSG and Artificial Sweetners.
Tragically, we do NOT want to believe we FELL for a LIE.
